I’ve been a regular at No 43 on Merchant Street in Valletta, and it’s truly the best healthy salad and pasta place you could ever hope to discover. The staff incredibly friendly and attentive. • Best happy hour in Valletta!: 2-for-1 classic cocktails from 3-7pm, but more importantly, the cocktails are excellent. I love craft cocktails and am picky!! We came two days in a row because they were great drinks; it was a bonus that they were BOGO. Our server Erdam was also super friendly and it was a welcoming space.
• Excellent and genuinely friendly staff!: Huge selection of salads for affordable prices. I got a delicious salad to go for only 5 euros. Also had a chocolate croissant, yoghurt with fresh fruit and an orange juice. Everything very fresh and it tasted as good as it looked!
• Great spot to enjoy in the evening: Shout out to the amazing staff.
• If you’re on a vegetarian or vegan diet, this is a good place to go: Just ask for it. Fair pricing, lovely crew, and really tasty food varying from Wraps, to Burgers, Salads, you name it. There are also non vegan/vegetarian options, so you can eat here with all of your friends :) The restaurant is very small but offers seating outside.
