• Relaxing Atmosphere: Nice place to chill. Service is OK, burger had interesting taste, but bun wasn’t the best one. 4/5.
• A Hidden Gem: Best Ukrainian dishes in Tbilisi. Surprisingly, this small restaurant in the Public Service Hall has many Ukrainian dishes on their menu and here they taste much better than in other Ukrainian restaurants in Tbilisi. Portions are not very big, but enough. Prices are average and not expensive. The seating is very comfortable and usually it’s not crowded even if inside the Public Service Hall there are too many people waiting. It’s like a beautiful island of relaxation if you’re getting your documents done and have to wait for your appointment.
• Unique Experience: It is nice and very interesting to see how governmental services work in Georgia.
• Disappointing Service: Spend half an hour sitting and waiting…nobody bothered approaching… and it was not even busy hour… had only half of desserts from the listed menu…service is by far the worst one can get in Georgia. Not at all recommend coming here.
