Impressive Espresso and Great Service

I quickly stopped by Café La Manchuria - El Poblado for an espresso and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the coffee. While it may not have had the most crema I’ve ever seen, it had a wonderfully sweet flavor with little acidity and bitterness. The barista did an excellent job and the service was great. The overall layout of the cafe was also quite nice.

• Decent, But Not Amazing: During my visit, my mom and I ordered two drinks and a salad. Unfortunately, the wait time was quite long and it was difficult to get the attention of the waiters. While everything was alright, it wasn’t amazing. I found it strange that they only had sandwiches and salads on the menu when they advertise having tons of options, and they didn’t even have mocaccino. However, it’s worth noting that this review doesn’t speak to the quality of their food.
