Delightful Flavor Combinations

Delicious tartine (or open toast) here! Opted for the one with blue cheese, walnuts, and apricot jam - the combination was lovely. I would have preferred a slightly less pungent type of blue cheese as the flavours were really weighing on my palate at the end, but still it was a good creation. Love how they source ingredients from local businesses too. Would visit again esp on a quiet weekday morning.

Highlights

  • Everyday Favorite: Absolute gem! Went every morning during a recent trip. The smoothie bowl is so intelligently, carefully done— with herbs, toasted nuts, stewed in season fruits, not overly sweet, slightly different some days. And a great flat white and kind staff. Highly recommend.
  • Cozy Atmosphere and Nice Coffee: Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, nice coffee. However! Our breakfast was a bit disappointing. We tried 2 different toasts from their menu and to be honest, it was not worth 11 euros. I’m a big fan of everything with beetroot, but the ones served on a toast were too vinegar-ish, maybe over-pickled. I guess other ingredients didn’t balance it out, maybe more feta would have helped? Anyways, I see a lot of potential in this place, but I think their menu needs to be improved!
  • Charming Location with Delicious Drinks: Lovely small café in a beautiful location near Prenzlauer Berg. Very nice cappuccino, well prepared and as good as it gets in Berlin. Homemade lemonade is also fantastic. WiFi is good and power points are relatively numerous. Credit cards only so prepare for that and if you are in the area, nothing better. Highly recommended.
  • Must-Try Mouse Traps: We loved the Mouse Traps which were absolutely delicious and very tasty! The cafe is located in a cute and quiet neighborhood and has tables outside for beautiful days. We can only recommend stopping by and trying their food and drinks!
