Great Service and Delicious Food

Usually good food and good service. But today I felt how the management cares about customer happiness. I ordered Aperol spritz by showing the picture on my phone for 1.100 Tenge, they charged 3.700 Tenge. I thought it is just a mistake and they will correct it, but they tried to explain something about different prices with or without alcohol which I didn’t understand because I ordered exactly that one on the photo with the price next to it. We complained at the waitress and maybe it was her fault (but absolutely no problem, it can happen), but anyways we were right and of course wanted to have the price like ordered, then she called a lady/management? But she told that the higher boss decided that we have to pay this price even if it is not our fault. At the end I paid the price in favor of the waitress. At the end I was charged too much for the fault of the company and felt that the management does not care.

A Hidden Gem for Coffee Lovers: Excellent.. Good coffee in Almaty, I was a little bit disappointed because I didn’t find good coffee in Almaty, but at this place, it was as I expected.
A Vibrant Cafe Experience: This place is one of the best cafes in Almaty. They have a simple but good design and there are many young people visiting this cafe. I do not recommend this place to eat. They have delicious burgers and hot dogs, but that’s all. You should not eat anything else. I ate chicken shashlik and it was very disappointing. Cakes are delicious too. But their service is a bit slow. They need to improve.
Not Worth a Return Visit: Been there once and will not return. Food is bland and tasteless.
